RISK AND COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER

The Risk and Compliance Management Off icer assist the Risk and Compliance Management in ensuring that appropriate due diligence is conducted on third-party engagements and that service providers are compliant with all applicable regulations and Bank policies, particularly in the implementation of the Related Party requirements. Responsibilities: Reviews RP Analysis to establish if a service provider is a related party or not. Reviews and assists business units on their RPT vetting proposals. Ensures proper documentation of related party evaluations. Ensures that internal processes are aligned with the RPT policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Aids the team where it deems fit Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any Business course 2 years experience in banking operations Knowledge in Outsourcing and Concepts of Service Management Background with BSP Rules and Regulations on bank outsourcing Cognizant of bank’s products, processes, and policies Effective communication skills Strong ability with problem solving and analytical skills Familiarity with technology and tools (e.g. MS Office, MS Teams, Enterprise Resource Planning systems)
