Pluxee is building a standard Cybersecurity model by defining global governance and services, aimed at being implemented locally. The Regional Cybersecurity Officer is a key function whose main objective is to ensure this Operating Model is running effectively.

🚀 Your next challenge

You will be responsible for

  • Lead, animate and implement the Cybersecurity strategy within the Region: 12 countries, +10 cybersecurity officers.
  • Steer the Cybersecurity stakes, initiatives, progress and KPIs of each entities of the region.
  • Bring cyber operational and strategic message at the higher level of regional management.
  • Be the facilitator for top-down and bottom-up exchanges between Group teams and entities.
  • Foster new or updated Group methodologies/processes/tools and drive change management throughout the region.
  • Own Pluxee’s Cybersecurity incident response in entities and escalate appropriately.
  • Oversight regular crisis exercises in the countries, aligned with the Group Crisis methodology (BRAVE).
  • Evangelize on Cybersecurity, addressing Executives, Senior leaders.
  • Represent Pluxee in external information Security communities.

🌟 You’re a match

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent required.
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • 3+ years in a cybersecurity management role.
  • Good general knowledge of IT and IT management.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Sense of confidentiality.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Able to work in hybrid model according to country´s policy.
