What this job involves

Responsible for AR-related tasks and settling/Write off invoices into the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner while enforcing and complying with Jones Lang LaSalle’s accounting policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Entering the banking system and downloading and checking receipt information.
Complete settlement with JLL Corp in a timely and accurate manner.
Record and resolve inquiries related to the AR function.
Complete month-end activities/reports and reconciliation in a timely and accurate manner.
Harmonized coordination with different internal or external stakeholders regarding MEC.
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting.
2-3 years of AR experience will be necessary.
5-6 years experience in BPO/MNC finance across APAC preferred.
Good command of English skills, especially required very good in reading and writing, CET 6 is preferred.
Proficient in Office suite products Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with ERP systems primarily Oracle.
Must be able to ‘own’ responsibilities and processes.
