Leading and implementing large or multiple small software projects or subprojects.
Planning and tracking of agile development projects (meeting deadlines, staying within budget, project scope, quality).
Planning, delegating and monitoring work of team members
Coordination with parallel running projects.
Create and maintain technical specifications and design documents.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to development teams on best practices.
Collaborate with Product Management, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams to ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of professional experience in project management.
Advanced knowledge in traditional project management and agile methods.
Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
Experience in direct or lateral leadership of software developers and sub-disciplines of software development, such as algorithm developers or cybersecurity engineers.
