THE POSITION

We are looking for a Front Office Agent with a focus on Night Audit responsibilities. This role combines front desk guest service with important overnight administrative and operational tasks. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy working independently, and prefer the quieter night hours, this is the right fit for you.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcoming guests and handling check-in and check-out procedures
Being the main point of contact for guests during the night shift, including handling late arrivals or guest requests
Performing the night audit: reconciling the day’s financial activity and generating reports
Ensuring system accuracy for room types, rates, and availability
Completing security checks and maintaining public area cleanliness
Providing a clear and accurate handover to the morning shift
