Crown is growing, and with projects across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe, we're looking for a Travel & Mobilisation Administrator to help keep our people moving.
This is a key role within our Business Services team, coordinating travel, accommodation and workforce mobilisation for employees and subcontractors travelling to our projects across Europe.

The Role
- You will coordinate travel and mobilisation from start to finish, ensuring our people arrive on site safely, on time and with everything they need in place .
- Working closely with Operations, Project Teams, HR and Compliance, you'll manage multiple requirements across different projects and countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international flights, accommodation, transfers and vehicle hire.
- Manage travel changes, cancellations and urgent bookings.
- Coordinate employee and subcontractor mobilisation in line with project requirements.
- Liaise with Project Managers and Site Managers on workforce and mobilisation requirements.
- Ensure passports, visas, work permits, A1 certificates and relevant training and competency records are in place.
- Manage accommodation allocations, occupancy and related issues.
- Maintain accurate travel, accommodation and mobilisation records.
- Process travel and accommodation invoices and assist with cost tracking.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees and project teams regarding travel and mobilisation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- Previous experience in travel coordination, logistics, mobilisation or administration .
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
- Experience within construction, engineering or infrastructure.
- Experience coordinating international travel.
- Knowledge of visa and work permit requirements.
- Experience with travel or workforce management systems.
