About The Role

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Social Media Executive who is highly motivated to work with our Sales and Marketing team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Current Responsibilities

Create and manage various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and prioritize tasks effectively
Create engaging content, write compelling copy, and produce visually appealing posts.
Create social media advertising, paid promotions, and campaign management.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to optimize social media efforts.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring
Monitor and analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
Current or previous experience in a social media, digital marketing, content marketing, or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Hands-on experience managing Chinese social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Mafengwo, Ctrip, Fliggy, Qunar, and other relevant Chinese digital platforms.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms for content planning, campaign management, and performance reporting.
Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, algorithm changes, and the Chinese digital ecosystem.
Fluent in Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) and English.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is a plus.
Experience in the hospitality, luxury lifestyle, tourism, or travel industry is a plus.
Experience working with Chinese KOLs, KOCs, influencers, travel agencies, or media partners is a plus.
