About The Role

To support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated Marketing Communications activities to strengthen the hotel’s brand presence, drive awareness, and support business and revenue objectives across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Events, and other hotel initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Communications, PR, Marketing, or a related role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
Good copywriting and communication skills.
Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
Strong project coordination and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, organised, creative, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
Good understanding of hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, and luxury brands is an advantage.
