Join our team as an Associate Repair Technician and play an important role in keeping our products performing at their best.

Working from technical drawings, sketches, wiring diagrams, and written or verbal instructions, you will diagnose issues, carry out repairs and testing, and ensure every product meets our technical, quality, and performance standards.

  • Learn and apply established Repair Technician practices, procedures, and best practices.
  • Perform routine repair and testing activities with guidance, including identifying, isolating, and resolving product malfunctions.
  • Disassemble, clean, refurbish, and reassemble assigned product components.
  • Support testing activities, including recording results and preparing accurate reports.
  • Build a strong working knowledge of DN product lines, test diagnostics, and repair procedures.
  • Take part in regular product, repair, and maintenance training, including on-the-job, classroom, and online learning.
  • Follow DN policies, safety requirements, and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection procedures.
  • Develop a good understanding of operational manuals, equipment capabilities, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Learn to interpret and use blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical documentation to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
  • Contribute to special projects and other technical activities as required.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience in repair or technical services.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Strong attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to learn, develop new technical skills, and work effectively as part of a team.
