This Position reports to

Administration Section Manager

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administration Intern to support the Administration Team in daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience in office administration, employee services, and event coordination within an international environment.

About the Internship

Start date: 14.09.2026
Work in a modern office in Kraków
100% Onsite work model
We expect availability of 20h per week

Responsibilities

Support reception and front-office activities
Assist in the organization and coordination of internal events
Support the Benefits Team with administrative tasks
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Administration Team
Assist with various ad hoc tasks and process improvements

Requirements

Active student status (preferably at the Cracow University of Economics, studying Administration, Marketing & Communications, UX/UI, or a similar field)
Good knowledge of Canva & Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Good English (written and spoken)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Good organizational and communication skills
