What You'll Be Doing

Run residential service calls and diagnose, educate, recommend, and sell solutions based on each homeowner's needs
Present options for electrical repairs, replacements, upgrades, and improvements
Complete high-quality residential electrical service and installation work
Troubleshoot circuits, systems, and equipment using modern tools and technology
Deliver an awesome customer experience from the moment you walk in the door
Partner with dispatch and customer service to keep the day running smoothly
Own your work, prioritize safety, and take serious pride in doing the job right

Requirements

18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
MN Journeyman license required
Hands-on residential electrical experience
Customer-focused mindset — you know how to build trust before presenting options
Strong communication and technical electrical skills
Team-first attitude with a hunger to grow and improve

Compensation

$50–$60/hour+
OR $100,000–$140,000+ annually — and yes, top performers blow past that.
