The Opportunity

As the Lead Manufacturing Product Engineer , you will join a high-impact team at the intersection of traditional semiconductor manufacturing and cutting-edge digital transformation. You will have the unique opportunity to architect and implement the next generation of intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions across our global operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our market-leading sensor and power ICs are manufactured with world-class efficiency, quality, and predictive insight.

What You Will Do

• Architect Intelligent Solutions: Design and implement end-to-end automation and data-driven solutions. You will build predictive machine learning models and deploy AI systems into production to optimize manufacturing workflows and sequences.
• Drive Process Excellence: Develop and maintain operational sequences and processes for the fabrication and assembly of components. You will be responsible for estimating manufacturing costs, determining time standards, and recommending tooling requirements for new product introductions (NPI).
• Lead Digital Transformation: Act as a technical lead for cross-functional digital transformation projects. You will collaborate with Project Managers to ensure milestones are met and coordinate with Design Engineering to ensure seamless product releases.
• System Integration & Governance: Integrate automation tools, cloud platforms, and AI pipelines into a cohesive manufacturing architecture. You will ensure strict compliance with cybersecurity standards and manage submissions to the Change Management Board.
• Ensure Operational Stability: Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with end-users and provide ongoing troubleshooting and sustainment for deployed solutions. You will also generate training materials and update major technical documentation affected by new processes.

What You Will Bring

• Higher Diploma / degree in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent semicon experience
• Extensive hands-on experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) repair and product/equipment characterization utilizing basic statistical methods and SPC
• Knowledge on the use of advanced statistical techniques for machine assessments such as MSA and FMEA
