• for TAGUM Our hotel is looking for a reliable HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR to lead our team.
• *Responsibilities:*

• Supervise and train room attendants & public area attendants
• Conduct room inspections to ensure 5-star cleanliness standards
• Prepare work schedules, room assignments, and inventory of linens/supplies
• Handle guest requests/complaints related to housekeeping
• Coordinate with Front Office & Maintenance for room status and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards

*Qualifications:*

• At least 2 years experience in housekeeping, 1 year as supervisor/team lead
• Graduate of HRM/Tourism or TESDA NC II Housekeeping
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Keen attention to detail, honest, and hardworking
• Can work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of Opera or housekeeping systems is an advantage

ROOM ATTENDANT

for Tagum

*Responsibilities:*

• Clean, sanitize, and make up guest rooms based on hotel standards
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities
• Report damages, lost & found items, and maintenance issues
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Maintain cleanliness of pantry, linen room, and service areas

*Qualifications:*

• At least graduate related course
• With experience – fresh grads welcome, will train
• TESDA NC II Housekeeping is an advantage but not required
• Physically fit, can lift up to 15kg and stand for long hours
• Honest, detail-oriented, and good team player
• Willing to work shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
