🛑 1 BARISTA (Requirements)

• With experience as a barista (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge in coffee preparation (espresso, latte, basic drinks)
• Can operate coffee machines and basic equipment
• Has good customer service and communication skills
• Neat, presentable, and detail-oriented
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to be trained and improve skills

🛑 1 CAFÉ STAFF (Kitchen & Service)

• Can prepare simple meals and drinks
• Honest and trustworthy
• Hardworking and reliable
• Flexible and can multitask
• Willing to learn and be trained
• Follows instructions well
• Has a positive attitude and team spirit
• Basic knowledge in math (for cash handling and change)
• Maintains cleanliness and organization
