Full-Time HR Generalist Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time HR Generalist Consultant to oversee the full employee lifecycle and support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, HR best practices, and end-to-end human resources management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and administer BambooHR.
• Process attendance, leave administration, payroll inputs, and employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, DOLE requirements, and government statutory reporting.
• Support performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, wellness, and recognition programmes.
• Prepare HR reports, monitor HR metrics, and recommend process improvements.
• Review and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 ye ars' experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labour Code, DOLE regulations, payroll, compensation and benefits, and statutory compliance.
• Experience using BambooHR or a similar HRIS is preferred.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities with a high level of confidentiality.
