Hotel Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Support the management of departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction are consistently met or exceeded
Assist in developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and standards
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control
Lead, motivate, and develop staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and urgency
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote hotel services and increase occupancy

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel management or a similar hospitality leadership role
Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest services, and financial management
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively
Knowledge of hospitality software and property management systems
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
