Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide world-class customer service during all client interactions.
Assist with diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on HVAC systems and equipment.
Educate clients about home comfort options, ensuring they understand their systems and solutions.
Produce neat, clean, and organized work that reflects our high standards.
Follow safety protocols while working in varying conditions, including Michigan’s cold winters and hot summers.
Maintain professionalism by adhering to company appearance policies (e.g., covering visible tattoos and maintaining a clean uniform).
Participate in ongoing training and education to build your technical expertise.
Complete all assigned duties efficiently and with a positive, can-do attitude.
