As a key part of our production team, you’ll work closely with artists, supervisors, clients to ensure seamless delivery of high-end VFX projects from start to finish. • Planning, coordinating, and managing VFX projects
• Ensuring efficient production flow in line with schedule and budget
• Communicating with clients, teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Tracking task progress in project management tools (e.g. Ftrack, ShotGrid, Excel)
• Resolving issues and improving production processes
• Organizing daily statuses, review meetings, and progress evaluations
• Supporting the team with technical and creative challenges during production

What Makes You a Match

• Experience in project management within post-production, VFX, or animation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems under pressure and adapt to changes
• Experience with project management tools (e.g. Ftrack, ShotGrid, Excel)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Advanced English (spoken and written)
• A proactive mindset and can-do attitude
