Job Description

• The Support Officer can drive two (2) and four (4) – wheel vehicle.
• The Support Officer oversees the monitoring of all the assets of the company.
• The Support Officer can be of direct and indirect assistance with regard to the Repairs and
• Maintenance of the company.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

• Attend to the Managers’ instructions regarding transportation schedule, repairs and

maintenance and/or asset monitoring concerns

• Attend to the Finance and Accounting Department’s assets concern

Key Responsibilities

• Driver of the company based on the schedule/s received.
• Provide direct support for repairs and maintenance by being the one to repair or maintain.
• Provide indirect support for repairs and maintenance by being the one looking for the needed

person to attend to the repair or maintenance matter.

• Perform a schedule and surprise count in collaboration with the Finance and Accounting

Department

• Accomplish accountability reports on the assets of the company
• Investigate and propose charges for the damaged, lost and harmed assets.
• Reconcile records of the assets with the Finance and Accounting Department and the managers

of the company.

Minimum Qualifications (Education & Experience)

• A bachelor’s degree or other degree relevant to the job
• At least 2–3 years of progressive experience relevant to the job
• Experience on MS Office e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good analytical and communication skills Job Description
