• In charge of accurately completing forms, reviewing, and validating the pertinent data surrounding remittance transactions.
• Using the online system, keep track of all consumer interactions and location data.
• Responsible in resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with banks and agencies affiliated with the company.
• Ensure strict adherence to all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and activities, promote team spirit and cohesiveness.
• Participate in Weekly Calibration and Quality monitoring activities.
• Demonstrate adherence to Core Standards of Behavior.
• Process modification and/or cancellation of transaction based on customers’ request.
• Ensure that the quality processes are being met consistently.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or manager on the daily basis
