Office Administrator II - Safety Officer 4

Qualifications: With experience as a Certified Safety Officer 4 (DOLE-accredited training). Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in a BPO, manufacturing, or industrial environment Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field Knowledgeable in HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control) and JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) In-depth knowledge of local safety regulations, OSHA standards, and environmental compliance requirements Familiar with DOLE OSH standards, toolbox meetings, safety audits, and incident reporting Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring workplace safety programs Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills >Excellent communication and training skills to conduct safety orientations and workshops Ability to enforce safety policies and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple safety initiatives simultaneously Good communication skills and can coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and workers Open to work onsite and on a shifting schedule Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and implement Health and Safety programs HIRAC and JHA for site activities • Conduct toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and inspections • Monitor site compliance with safety rules and laws • Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports • Coordinate with the safety team and management
