Senior Accountant

Job Summary: onsemi is currently seeking a Senior Costing/Financial Analyst to join Cebu organization. The analyst will play a key role providing essential linkage collaborating with site operations team, BU, ATO and Corporate FP&A team. In this role, the Accountant will help support accounting and finance functions including financial analysis, planning & forecasting, cost modelling and is flexible to perform adhoc analysis and other functions that may be requested where deemed necessary. Responsibilities for Candidates Support monthly close process and reporting. Support Costing Analysis, P&L forecasting and Perform variance analysis for monthly and quarterly business reviews reporting Calculates cost projection based on certain assumptions Collaborate with all operations partners to drive efficiencies and cost reduction roadmap. Support other requests that may be deemed necessary Qualifications for Candidates BS in Accounting / Finance required; CPA or MBA, preferred 5 years minimum work experience in Accounting/Finance, manufacturing background is preferred Team player and can collaborate with other functional teams Experience in Oracle (Cloud), preferred Strong Analytical skills and has sense of urgency Eager to learn yet flexible and open minded Good communication skills, articulate, and able to explain clearly Assist or lead strategic technology reporting enhancement as efficiency improvement Advanced experience in Excel and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Same Posting Description for Internal and External Candidates
