About The Role

Your Responsibilities Design mobile-first user journeys that balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints Work closely with product managers, developers, marketing team and stakeholders to refine and validate solutions Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, research synthesis, prototyping, and design quality Create and maintain design systems and UI component libraries Actively participate in design critiques and cross-functional reviews Your Qualifications 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong focus on mobile products Excellent English skills Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile UX/UI thinking, real-world constraints and shipped products Proficiency in Figma - components, prototyping, auto-layout, design systems Practical experience using AI tools for design tasks e.g. ideation, UX research support, content generation, UI exploration Strong design thinking mindset - ability to understand user context, test assumptions early and validate ideas before moving to high-fidelity design Strong ability to collaborate with developers Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in an agile, fastmoving company environment Confident tackling complex systems and transforming them into simple, intuitive mobile experiences Nice to have Experience with UX design is a strong plus, particularly in applying UX principles to enhance the overall user experience. Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
