About The Role

Your responsibilities Manage medium to large projects using Agile/Scrum or other methodologies. Commit in project success and people development. Manage the relationship successfully with the client and/ or onshore managers and all stakeholders through excellent communication. Plan, monitor, calibrate, and report the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed. Plan, monitor, report progress, performance, budget, quality, and risk. Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and project costs. Participate in project estimation and bidding phase when needed. Your qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System. At least 8 years of overall experience in software development. At least 2 years of proven experience in managing teams and/ or projects. Good at project management, people management, and leadership. Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills. Able to learn and adapt to specific contexts, ELCA way of work, and culture.
