About The Role

  • -Daily documentation/operation for air-freight shipment.
  • -Communication with suppliers, vendors and overseas agent, maintain the smooth relationship with customer.
  • -Receive shipping orders.
  • -Confirm with overseas agent with shipping information.
  • -Arrange booking with carrier under agent's shipping instruction.
  • -Release S/O to supplier and update S/O information in system.
  • -Keep agent informed for any changes.
  • -Pick up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon supplier's request.
  • -Update related charges in system in time.
  • -Continue follow up the shipment till complete.
