What You'll Be Doing

Operate front end loader to move raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently
Load trucks, hoppers, and conveyors to support continuous plant production
Perform pre shift inspections and basic equipment maintenance to ensure reliability
Monitor material quality and report any issues to maintain product standards
Follow all safety procedures and site policies to protect yourself and your team

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment such as loaders in a safe and controlled manner
Strong awareness of surroundings with a commitment to safety and hazard recognition
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
Mechanical aptitude with the capability to perform routine inspections and minor maintenance
Reliable attendance and a proactive approach to completing tasks

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
