Quality Control Administrator

General Responsibilities

1. SAP data input
2. Make tabulation training, attendance, permit, overtime etc. for laboratory personnel.
3. Record the needs of PPE and the need for ATK in the laboratory.
4. Conducting transactions in SAP according to the instructions of superiors.
5. If there is any discrepancy in the data and report it to the supervisor.
6. Make COA product as per instruction.
7. Take sure and work on 5R and P2K3 in the laboratory area
8. Coordinate and maintain the cleanliness of the work area
9. Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
10. Doing work by applying company values (Integrity, positive behavior, commitment, continuous improvement, innovation and loyalty)
11. Other work required by the company concerning the general responsibility of an Admin in the Laboratory.
