About The Role

The Cyber Security Analyst will be responsible for monitoring security solutions, triaging alerts, and supporting timely incident response. The role requires strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity systems, a willingness to develop expertise in cybersecurity, and a good understanding of security technologies and emerging threats. The successful candidate should stay informed of current industry trends and evolving cybersecurity risks to support effective and efficient security operations.

Total Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a SOC environment, working with SIEM platforms and/or security solution automation.

Required Skills

Experience in triaging and investigating security events.
Strong logical and analytical thinking skills with the ability to investigate and resolve security cases.
Ability and willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good understanding of Windows and Unix operating systems.
Understanding of cloud security concepts and practices.
Good understanding of TCP/IP network traffic and event log analysis.
Understanding of network architecture and common systems design principles.
Good understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, exploits, and appropriate mitigation techniques.
Hands-on experience with Splunk and Microsoft Sentinel.
