Assistant Manager – AE

Major Accountabilities

• Technical competency to understand customer requirements and technical specifications
• •Experience in connector industry or automotive wiring harness industry
• •Working knowledge in preparing component Bill of Material & providing alternate solutions
• •Should be aware of component benchmarking & VAVE idea generation
• •Basic understanding on connector manufacturing process like Molding, assembly & plating
• •Ability to work in a global environment and collaborate with individuals across multiple geographies
• •Study on new technology products in the market & suggest potential portfolio additions
• •Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• •Basic understanding of the interdependencies of Sales, Engineering & Operations functions
• •Fluent in English with excellent verbal & written communication skills
