About The Role

Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain utility systems including boilers, chillers, HVAC equipment, pure steam generators, and wastewater treatment systems.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and corrective repairs on utility equipment.
Monitor utility system performance and respond to equipment alarms, failures, and emergency situations.
Operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems in compliance with environmental regulations and permit requirements.
Utilize CMMS (SAP preferred) to manage work orders, document maintenance activities, update equipment history, and support preventive maintenance programs.
Read and interpret P&IDs, equipment drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
Support facility shutdowns, startups, and utility outage activities.
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Follow site procedures for Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, hot work, and permit-to-work systems.
Assist with contractor oversight and support capital and maintenance projects.
Participate in an on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as required.
Maintain accurate utility logs, maintenance records, and operational documentation.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance.
