Buyback & Recycling Operations Analyst

We’re looking for a Buyback & Recycling Operations Analyst

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive teammate to run the day-to-day of our global Buyback & Recycling program. You'll coordinate and follow up on opportunities from the initial request all the way through quotation, offer, logistics, and operational closure, becoming the operational backbone that keeps everything moving and every stakeholder in the loop.

What you'll do

• Receive, review and organize Buyback & Recycling requests and tickets.
• Collect and validate the asset information needed for quotations.
• Request and follow up on quotes from buyers and recycling partners worldwide.
• Track opportunities and make sure actions and deadlines get completed.
• Coordinate logistics, pickups, shipments and operational requirements with the logistics team.
• Prepare the information needed for invoicing and follow up on the billing process.
• Follow up on credits, payments and accounting-related operational items.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers and operational data.
• Support KPI tracking.
• Escalate commercial decisions, exceptions and strategic opportunities to the Program Manager.

What we're looking for

• Fluent or strong professional English, written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operations and priorities at the same time.
• Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
• Good communication skills and confidence working with international partners.
• Attention to detail, especially with serial numbers, asset information, pricing and documentation.
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and operational trackers.
• Experience in operations, logistics, procurement, customer service, asset management or a similar environment is a plus.
