
Customs & Trade Operations Junior Specialist (Temporary)

About The Role
Trade, Transport & Logistics Centre of Expertise in Kraków, Poland is a team of specialists, whose support business units located in Europe and supervise global logistics operations.
Currently to extend capability of Swedish team, we are looking for specialist ready to support the team responsible to coordinate customs operations (import/export), check shipping documentation to ensure trade compliance, prepare monthly reports.
Take responsibility for cooperation with internal and external parties to confirm customs-related payments are issued in a timely manner.
This is opportunity to develop custom & trade experience on our very fast growing market.
The employment term is limited to a maximum of one year.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Coordinate customs operations (import and export) for Hitachi Energy group;
- Check shipping documentation to ensure trade compliance;
- Prepare customs instruction (GTS) in SAP system for Customs Agencies according to internal regulations.
- Stay in touch with internal customers to receive and provide information on customs related matters;
- Seek for savings opportunities;
Your Background
- Experience : min 6 months of experience in customs/ trade / logistic area;
- System skills: experience with SAP GTS is a plus;
- Soft skills : good communication & organizing skills;
- Hard skills: detail-oriented;
- Language skills : English language at least B2 level;
- Nice to have : Field of study: SCM/logistics - nice to have, experience in Customer Service job will be advantage
