Billing Support Analyst

In this position, you will work independently within a small team environment as the primary liaison between our clients and the Finance Department. This role is responsible for assisting clients with billing-related questions, including pulling invoices and statements, providing basic explanations when appropriate, and escalating more complex issues to Finance as needed.

In addition to client-facing support, this role is responsible for managing and activating/deactivating website pop-ups used to communicate past due account status. This position will also assist with coordinating mass communications related to past due accounts. Over time, depending on business needs, this role may support account cancellation and decommission activities.

Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across client support and operational tasks are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between clients and the Finance Department for billing-related inquiries.
• Pull and distribute invoices and account statements as requested.
• Respond to client questions related to their invoices and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Manage website pop-ups and mass communications for past due accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned, to support other members of the Implementation Team.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working across client-facing and operational/system-based tasks.
• Flexible, self-directed worker with the ability to follow processes and escalate appropriately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook, with elevated Excel knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Netsuite and VersaPay highly preferred.
