About The Role

Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality
Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
Work closely with the Creative leadership to push the boundaries of what EMPIRE GROUP is doing in translation & localization industry
Should be familiar with UX and UI basics, should be aware of modern web design and UX trends
Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environment
Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team
Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and name of EMPIRE GROUP
Work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practices
Serve as a liaison between the marketing and creative team
