Position Title: Management Trainee for Relationship Manager (Commercial Banking) Role Exposure: As a Management Trainee for the Relationship Manager Track, you will: Develop a holistic understanding of commercial banking and relationship management within one of the strongest banks in the Philippines Build leadership capabilities and a strong foundation for a rewarding career as a Bank Officer Gain hands-on exposure to key banking functions through immersive learning experiences and cross-functional rotations Learn directly from seasoned banking professionals and subject matter experts across the Bank Develop the skills needed to become a trusted advisor to businesses and institutional clients Job Summary: This is an accelerated management trainee program designed to prepare high-potential talent for future Relationship Manager and commercial banking roles. The program combines: Structured classroom training Business immersions Cross-functional rotations Leadership development programs A comprehensive business revalida Successful trainees will be deployed to designated Relationship Management roles upon completion of the program.
