About The Role
Global Pacific Support is working with one of its partners to hire an experienced Towing Dispatcher .
If you have hands-on experience dispatching for U.S.-based towing companies , are proficient with Towbook , and have experience coordinating with law enforcement for towing operations, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch towing and roadside assistance calls using Towbook.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely service.
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, and law enforcement.
- Monitor job status and provide real-time updates.
- Coordinate with law enforcement for accident scenes and police-initiated towing.
- Prioritize calls and manage multiple dispatch requests efficiently.

- Proven experience as a dispatcher for a U.S.-based towing company.
- Strong working knowledge of Towbook.
- Experience handling police towing, accident calls, and law enforcement coordination.
- Familiarity with coordinating with police units on standby when required for towing operations.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment (for remote positions).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with roadside assistance and accident management.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of U.S. geography and dispatch procedures.
