About The Role

Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and operate deugro's Azure AI platform and AI Lab environment, creating the foundation for the organization’s AI capabilities Identify, design, build, and deploy AI solutions that create measurable business value Develop and maintain AI applications using Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Document Intelligence Collaborate with application owners and integration specialists to connect AI solutions with business systems in accordance with established architectural standards and governance frameworks Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into scalable AI solutions Establish AI engineering best practices, governance standards, security controls, and cost management processes Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations on AI innovation and future opportunities for deugro Act as a trusted AI advisor and technical expert, helping teams adopt and leverage AI technologies through hands-on delivery and technical leadership
