Assist Digital is a leading Customer Experience (CX) management company blending human intelligence and AI to drive performance for global brands. For our team in Valencia, we are seeking a passionate Corporate Trainer to lead onboarding and continuous learning for our German-speaking projects.

Your Mission

As a Trainer, your main focus will be empowering agents to reach their full potential through engaging learning programs. You will own the full training lifecycle—from designing interactive onboarding sessions to conducting ongoing skills development and monitoring quality standards to identify learning gaps.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Onboarding: Design, prepare, and facilitate dynamic onboarding programs for new hires and continuous training for tenured staff.
Nesting & Mentorship: Supervise, guide, and mentor new employees during their initial production phase (nesting) to ensure a smooth transition.
Training Assessment: Measure the effectiveness of your training sessions using tests, evaluations, and performance metrics to keep content vibrant and interactive.
Quality & Action Plans: Analyze interaction quality data (calls, emails, chats) alongside Team Leaders to identify skill gaps and design targeted Action Plans (APs).
Content Development: Update and refine training materials, product guides, and process documentation to keep the team aligned with client updates.

What We Are Looking For

Languages: Native or C2 proficiency in German and fluent English (written and spoken).
Training Expertise: Proven experience in facilitation, public speaking, and delivering engaging training in a corporate or contact center environment.
Coaching Skills: Strong ability to mentor staff, provide constructive feedback, and motivate teams.
Technical Proficiency: Experience using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) to create and present training content.
Asset: Previous background in the automotive industry is a big plus.
