Production Supervisor 生产主管

1. Production KPI Management

Manage daily production to achieve core KPIs including safety, on-time high quality delivery,cost control performance ect. ;Conduct capacity planning, 5S management and on-site standardization.

统筹车间日常生产组装活动，达成安全生产、高品质的准时交付、成本管控等核心绩效目标。落实产能规划与现场5S标准化管理。

1. Safety & Sustainable Development & Culture Implementation

Implement safety production, maintain zero lost time injury and continuoursly eliminate safe hazard. Promote sustainable development projects and practice TOMRA’s values of Innovation, Passion and Responsibility in daily management.

落实安全生产管理，保障现场零损工事件并持续消除安全隐患 。推进车间可持续发展项目，践行创新、激情、责任的企业文化。

1. Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Manage the independent and proactive production team, conduct performance evaluation , empower team autonomy, optimize team capability and support employee growth.
• 负责生产团队绩效管理，赋能自主高效作业，持续提升团队综合能力，推进人才培养与梯队建设。

1.  Cross-team Collaboration

• Collaborate proactively with PMC, purchasing, quality, TPS and other departments to solve production bottlenecks and ensure smooth assembly.
• 协调供应链部门的客服，计划、采购等职能，以及质量、生产技术支持等平行部门，快速解决生产异常，打通产线瓶颈。

1. On-site Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement 

Effectively manage and solve on-site production and technical issues；

Drive production process and manufacturing technique optimization, optimize products‘ standard working hours, explore innovative manufacturing methods, and support long-term productivity, production efficiency optimization. 

有效管理并解决产线生产及技术问题。主导生产流程生产工艺改善，持续优化产品标准工时，探索创新性生产模式，实现生产率、生产效率的持续优化

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering is preferred.

 本科及以上学历，工科背景优先。

1. Minimum 5 years of manufacturing workshop either production management or technique management experience, with mature experience in on-site operation, team management and lean improvement.

5年以上制造业车间生产管理或者工艺管理经验，具备成熟的生产现场运营、团队管理与精益改善能力。

1. Possess solid technical understanding of mechanical and electronic products, capable of analyzing and solving on-site process and quality problems.

具备机电类产品技术认知，可独立参与现场制程、品质问题分析与改善。

1. Proactive, quick leaner, good People and Team spirit, excellent communication and interpersonal skills； 

积极主动，具备快速学习的能力。优秀的人际沟通，团队意识，以及组织协调能力。

1. English Written and Spoken skill.

良好的英语读写和听说能力。

1. Professional in Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint for data sorting, analysis and production improvement.

熟练使用Excel、PPT等办公软件，可独立完成数据处理、专业分析及生产提升和改善。

1. Position available for start-up as soon as possible.

1. Probation period: 6 months.
