Commercial Director, Legal

The role involves the maximisation of net returns to investors in relation to debt investments (in particular, structuring, analysis of legal, regulatory and other risks related to issues and execution) product development, fund raising, and portfolio management. The role involves integration with the investment (in particular the Debt Investment team), portfolio management, investor relations, regulatory and compliance, and fund-raising teams located in North America, Europe and APAC. This role brings legal and commercial experience to act as a leader on legal issues in relation to Debt transactions, primarily infrastructure debt. This role also involves advising the Infrastructure team in connection with debt incurred in connection with Infrastructure products, transactions or assets.
