Provide functional and technical support for SAP RMCA (Revenue Management – Contract Accounting) especially FI-CA (Finance – Contract Accounting), supporting the operations of A1 Group across multiple countries.
Support senior SAP team colleagues and collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Participate in SAP configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
Document functional and technical specifications.
Participate in analysis, troubleshooting, and resolving ABAP-related issues for custom solutions.
Support the team in ensuring system stability, data integrity, and process optimization.

Degree from a Technical University in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field, with interest in IT systems and financial processes.
Basic accounting knowledge, especially in accounts receivable.
Prior SAP experience is welcome, particularly exposure to ABAP.
Strong willingness to learn and self-develop.
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
English language is mandatory, German and/or Croatian are a plus.
