BPO Senior Finance Manager (Antipolo / Ortigas) - Midshift

Qualifications

• With a total of at least 15 years of finance and accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a Finance Manager role
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Finance Leader within a BPO environment
• Strong analytical skills to support executive decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• With an active CPA license
• Sound judgment with the ability to make timely decisions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven strategic planning capabilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and practices
• Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems

Job Highlights

• Manage core financial operations, including generating and compiling financial data, submitting reports, analyzing industry trends, and evaluating the company's overall financial health.
• Lead the finance department's operations and growth, overseeing policy development, budgeting, recruitment, staff training, and regular reviews of financial procedures.
• Direct the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, ensure compliance with tax and financial reporting regulations, and support cash flow forecasting efforts.
• Provide financial guidance and strategic advice to colleagues and senior leadership.
• Oversee documentation of the company's financial position and future projections.
• Serve as a liaison between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders, and investors to resolve financial matters and maintain positive relationships.
• Develop strategic business plans informed by financial analysis and forward-looking forecasts.

• Work schedule: Predominantly midshift with occassional adjustments depending on the business need
• Work arrangement: 100% onsite
