Our client is a global healthcare technology organization operating in a highly regulated and mission-driven environment. They are looking for an EHS Specialist to support employees across Belgium and the wider Benelux region. Acting as Prevention Advisor, you will ensure compliance, promote a strong safety culture, and bridge corporate EHS standards with local regulatory requirements.

Act as Prevention Advisor for the Belgian commercial organization Conduct workplace and task-specific risk assessments Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs Lead initiatives related to ergonomics, driver safety, fire safety, PPE, and employee health Manage biological, chemical, and ionising radiation safety programs Investigate incidents and perform root cause analyses Support internal audits and implement corrective actions Deliver EHS training, communication, and awareness initiatives

Prevention Advisor certification Minimum 2 years of EHS experience Minimum 2 years of Prevention Advisor experience Strong knowledge of Belgian health & safety legislation Experience with risk assessments and compliance programs Skilled in incident investigations and corrective action management Comfortable delivering presentations and training sessions Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a strong asset Organized, proactive, autonomous, and a strong relationship builder
