Program Manager (Product)

This role will support complex, company-wide initiatives—such as new product launches, international expansion, and go-to-market programs—requiring close alignment across product, engineering, growth, marketing, membership services and operations teams. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity, excels at stakeholder management, and brings strong program management discipline to move fast without losing track of the details.RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive large-scale, cross-functional programs by aligning internal and external stakeholders across product, software, growth, and other key stakeholder teamsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with program goals, timelines, and budgetsFacilitate effective communication across teams, including regular status updates and cross-functional coordinationAnticipate, track, and manage risks and issues, driving timely resolutions and surfacing blockers proactivelyLead programs through change and ambiguity, ensuring teams remain aligned and focused on outcomesProvide operational support and insights for strategic initiatives such as product launches, market expansion, and other high-impact company programsQUALIFICATIONS:1-2 years of professional experience in operations, product, or project/program managementProven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for driving alignment and clarityStrong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a bias toward actionComfort working with ambiguity and change; ability to create structure and drive execution without all the answersFamiliarity with project management tools and frameworksPassion for health, human performance, and WHOOP’s missionStrong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributionsThis role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $135,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training. In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.. These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
