About The Role

Coordinating promotional activities and cooperation with all involved internal departments and corporate clients;
Client consultancy on promotional activities and projects (verbal and written);
Organization and roll out of the promotional campaigns according to the clients’ requests;
Creativity and continuously coming up with new promotions and ideas;
Producing promotional reports / co-operation with database;
Co-leading the promotions team;
Promotional storage management: ordering, organization, storing, inventory;
Decorating the gaming floors for special events
Consult and support all Evolution studios in all matters related to promotions;
Assisting to promotional video/photo shoots;
Assisting  Promotions Team Lead with daily tasks;
Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications;
Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during working time, and it is not considered as additional work;
Execution of job duties requires:
At least secondary education;
Advanced English (both spoken and written);
Good computer skills;
Previous experience in sales & marketing is an advantage;
