About The Role

Develop and maintain test cases and test scripts using Robot and/or Selenium;
Execute and analyze automated tests to identify defects and areas for improvement;
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage;
Participate in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks;
Investigate and report software defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and best practices;
Provide accurate and timely status reports on testing progress and results;
Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members;
Stay updated on industry best practices and tools related to test automation;

Hard Skills: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automation;
Strong proficiency in Robot and/or Selenium for test automation;
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python;
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies;
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
Strong communication and collaboration skills;
Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus;
Proficiency in French ( C1 level mandatory ).
