Provide functional and technical support for SAP RMCA (Revenue Management – Contract Accounting) especially FI-CA (Finance – Contract Accounting), supporting the operations of A1 Group across multiple countries.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Perform SAP configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
Document functional and technical specifications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ABAP-related issues for custom solutions.
Ensure system stability, data integrity, and process optimization.

Degree from a Technical University in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field, with interest in IT systems and financial processes.
2–5 years of SAP FI experience, ideally with ABAP exposure.
Good accounting knowledge, especially in accounts receivable.
Prior experience in mass-market industries such as Telecommunications or Utilities is a strong advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and self-develop.
English language is mandatory, German and/or Croatian are a plus.
