About The Role

Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
Read and interpret sales reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Assist in preparing sales dashboards, summaries, and performance reports
Support the sales team in tracking targets, quotas, and achievements
Maintain accurate sales records and update databases regularly
Coordinate with internal teams regarding sales orders, updates, and client requirements
Provide insights based on basic sales analysis to help improve sales strategies
Assist in administrative and reporting tasks related to sales operations
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related courses
Ability to read and understand sales reports and basic data analysis
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (charts, basic formulas preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
