David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit German -speaking Technical Customer Support Representatives for its Bucharest, Romania operation. This voice-based role focuses on providing technical support to customers regarding home appliance products, troubleshooting issues and delivering professional solutions. The position is initially fully on-site, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid working model after the first three months based on performance. Position: Technical Customer Support Representatives Location: Hybrid possible after training period On-site Bucharest, Romania Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical customer support in German via voice channels Assist customers with questions and issues related to home appliance products Troubleshoot technical and product-related problems Identify customer needs and provide clear and accurate solutions Guide customers through appropriate troubleshooting steps Document customer interactions and relevant case information accurately Escalate complex technical issues when required Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout each interaction Meet required quality, productivity and customer service standards. REQUIREMENTS: German language proficiency at C1 level Previous customer service or technical support experience is preferred Strong verbal communication skills in German Good technical understanding and ability to troubleshoot customer issues Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach Good organisational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working with computer systems and internal tools Ability to work effectively in a structured customer support environment Willingness to work fully on-site in Bucharest for the first three months Legal right to work in Romania / valid work permit.
