About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Radiology Coordinator to support our high-volume, 24/7 radiology operations. In this role, you will serve as a crucial liaison between radiologists, hospital staff, and clinical teams to ensure critical diagnostic findings are communicated swiftly and accurately. You will also manage exam prioritization and troubleshoot basic IT or software issues within our clinical systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a solid understanding of medical terminology, and can independently manage time-sensitive tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Critical Findings & Communication

Accurately and promptly relay critical radiology results and urgent findings to hospitals, referring physicians, and clinical care teams in strict accordance with clinical protocols.

Workflow & Exam Coordination

Assist radiologists by tracking, prioritizing, and coordinating incoming diagnostic exams based on clinical urgency.

Technical & System Support

Perform basic IT and software troubleshooting to resolve minor system glitches, access issues, or workflow disruptions within the radiology platform.

Operations & Monitoring

Actively monitor communication channels, incoming calls, and system alerts to guarantee rapid response times.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain precise, real-time records of all communications, exam updates, and operational activities.

Protocol Adherence

Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) within a 24/7 operational framework while upholding strict patient privacy standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

Prior experience in healthcare operations, radiology coordination, or medical administration is strongly preferred. Experience working with US-based healthcare providers or clinics is a significant plus.

Medical Terminology

Solid, practical knowledge of medical and radiologic terminology.

Technical Skills

Strong aptitude for basic IT troubleshooting and comfortable learning complex healthcare software systems.

Communication

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey urgent clinical data clearly and professionally.

Core Competencies

Outstanding attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the capacity to prioritize effectively under pressure.

Remote Readiness

Self-motivated and reliable with a dedicated, quiet home-office setup suitable for handling sensitive medical information.
